The website has two (2) areas that are "secure" and not for public consumption. One is the "Member Benefits" section. The other is individual "claims" status in the MADASIF section.
You can access the "Member Benefits" section one of two ways. On the "Homepage" you can Logon at the top right of the page with your User ID and Password. This method will give you immediate access to every section of the site. Secondly, you can wait until you get to the "Member Benefits" section and logon at that time.
The MADASIF is accessible publicly, but if participating dealers want to access, or track, the status of individual "claims" it will be necessary for you to contact CCMSI by calling the toll-free number listed on the direct link to the MADASIF website hosted by CCMSI.
The only "Banner"' located on the Home Page that is "secure" is the LEGISLATIVE Banner . It requires User ID and Password to access.
You can always contact MADA toll-free at 1-800-225-6232 if you have forgotten your User ID and Password information. However, only dues paying members whose dues status is "current" will be granted access.
