Trustees         Seven dealers make up the SIF Board of Trustees.   They consist of a Chairman, the "current" Chairman of the Association, the Chairman-Elect of MADA, the NADA Director and MADA's Immediate Past-Chairman.  There are also two additional At-Large dealer trustees.  The Association's President Bill Lehman serves as Administrator of the Fund.   General oversite is provided by the Fund's Third Party Administrator CCMSI.  Skip Brechtel and Donna Allen, both of CCMSI, are active participants in the funds day-to-day operation.  Tammy Watkins is MADA's staff contact for SIF issues.  A current listing of the Trustees, Administrator, CCMSI personnel and staff contact appear below.        Butch Oustalet SIF Chairman and NADA Chairman AJM "Butch" Oustalet III, has three separate dealership locations in Mississippi.  His principal dealership is Butch Oustalet Ford Inc. in Gulfport.  He also has Lincoln/Mercury and Mazda in Gulfport.  In Wiggins, Butch has a Ford store.  In Pascagoula, he has Chevrolet & Cadillac.  Robert Vardaman Dealer Robert Vardaman is the immediate Past Chairman of the Board of MADA.  His dealership is Vardaman Buick/Honda in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Walt Massey Dealer Walt Massey is a GM products dealer located in Lucedale, Mississippi.  Walt has just completed the construction of a new facility and holds franchises which include Chevrolet/Buick/Pontiac and GMC.  Earl McKay Dealer Earl owns McKay Auto Mart located in Grenada, Mississippi.  McKay Auto Mart sells and services Cadillac, Buick, Pontiac and GMC vehicles.  Earl has served as an At-large trustee on the Board of the SIF since its inception. Bob Cooley Dealer Cooley Motor Company sells and services GM products.  Its franchises include; Chevrolet/Buick/Pontiac/GMC and is located in Waynesboro, Mississippi.  Bob has also served as an At-large trustee of the Fund since inception.  Paul Moak, Jr. Dealer Paul has three dealership locations in the greater Jackson area.  On South State Street downtown, he has a Volvo/Subaru store.  On I-55, at the High Street exit, he has a Honda store.  In Ridgeland, just north of Jackson, he has a Buick/Pontiac/GMC store. Bill Lehman Administrator/MADA President Bill is MADA's full-time hired gun.  In addition to serving as President of the Association,  Bill serves as Administrator to the Fund. Skip Brechtel EVP of CCMSI Skip is MADA's direct link with Cannon Cochran Management Services Inc. (CCMSI)...the funds third party administrator (TPA).  CCMSI is a national company specializing in "self-insured" Worker's Compensation Funds.  Nationally, they have 600 employees with offices in 37 states.  Their Mississippi office, in Ridgeland, has a dedicated staff which is managed by Donna Allen who co-ordinates CCMSI's duties with MADA's Tammy Watkins. Donna Allen CCMSI Donna Allen is the CCMSI employee who is responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day operation of the MADASIF.  She oversees the fund's record-keeping, safety/loss control, new member enrollment/cancellation and claims management.  She also interacts with MADA's Tammy Watkins on an as-needed basis. Tammy Watkins MADA Staff Co-Ordinator Tammy Watkins is MADA's in-house staff Co-Ordinator for the MADASIF.  She works closely with CCMSI's Donna Allen with membership, record keeping, expense accounting and bill pay.
