The MADASIF is a dealer-owned, and managed, self-funded Worker's Compensation Program. Participation is limited to "current" dues paying Regular dealer members of MADA. The Fund is Managed by a separate Board of Trustees composed of a "Chairman, the Association's "current" Chairman, Chairman-Elect of MADA, the NADA Director, MADA's Immediate Past-Chairman, and two (2) additional dealer trustees. The Fund Administrator is MADA's President.
The Board of Trustees contracts with a Third Party Administrator (TPA) that handles the payment of claims, loss control, and general day-to-day administration of the fund. The funds TPA is Cannon Cochran Management Systems Inc. (CCMSI) headquartered in Danville, Illinois. Click on the Trustee button above to obtain a current listing of Trustees.
