Staff         The Association employs a full-time staff of three (3).  Each has specific duties and responsibilities, yet the scope of activities dictates that each is cross-trained to assist the others whenever and wherever  necessary.   The common goal is  SERVICE to the membership.       William E. Lehman President Bill Lehman is MADA's full-time hired gun.  He manages the day-to-day operations of the association, serves as MADA's lobbyist, is Administrator of the self-funded Work Comp Program (MADASIF) and the in-house co-ordinator of the annual International Auto Show. Mary Elizabeth Lee Office Manager Beth Lee serves as both Administrative Assistant to the President and Office Manager of MADA.  She handles all bill-pay, invoicing, AUTOPAC, legislative reporting and tax issues.  Beth also overlaps her duties with Tammy and Bill in co-ordinating Convention activities, DEAC fund raising, Area Meeting planning, Auto Show and Newsletter publication.  All three also work together on daily website updates and general member correspondence. Tammy L. Watkins MADASIF/Membership Director Tammy handles all of MADA's membership record retention including quarterly billing, SIF bill pay and website updating.  She also maintains participant records in MADA's Self-Insurer's Fund (MADA/SIF) for Worker's Compensation.  She cross-references operating accounts/expenses and investment statements between the funds Third Party Administrator (TPA) CCMSI, financial institutions and works closely with our CPA.   Tammy also coordinates efforts with Bill and Beth Lee in the handling of Newsletters, Convention, DEAC, Area Meetings , Auto Show and Legislative activities.
