	Overview The Mississippi Automobile Dealers' Association is managed by a Board of Directors composed of fourteen (14) dealers located throughout the state. The Board employs a full-time staff of three (3). 	History

	Founded in 1941, the association was established to provide a collective "Voice of the Dealer" on legislative, regulatory and public policy issues related to the automobile industry. The mission is to optimize the present and future value of it's members investments in the franchise system.
